Sempre in, history and artisan tradition

The FIN-FLEX® brand is the symbol of the Sempre IN footwear company which, for over fifty years, has recounted a family history built on artisan passion for the production and sale of footwear.
We have been in the lower Lombardy area since the beginning of the 1960s when the Finotti family set up the first workshop for producing insoles.
Time passed and the years went by as the commitment and desire to hone the craft increased, relying on research and the use of increasingly advanced technology. The company evolved and started to use more modern manufacturing systems with rotary machines for direct injection.
The second generation of the family joined the company in the early 1990s and brought with it a new level of quality. Production switched from insoles to footwear with polyurethane soles whilst maintaining the best injection systems.
The years from 2000 onwards coincided with another specialisation in footwear production and the entry of the third generation into the company bringing with it a new impetus, renewed passion and the same traditional artisan craftsmanship enhanced by the best technology. The result was an increase in the production of slippers, indoor shoes and home and work footwear of the highest quality with the latest design trends.
Every model in the collection, every single item that leaves the FIN-FLEX® company site in Via Gramsci 24/26 in the Italian town of San Nazzaro de’ Burgondi is the result of meticulous care, from research into raw materials to packaging, a genuine passion for production which is rooted in the bygone tradition of fine Italian manufacturing.
